The practical training area provides the perfect venue to construct houses within a controlled and safe environment, making it an ideal construction facility. The construction space is run as though it was a live building site, with all health & safety and working practices enforced, making it an ideal way to learn what a site environment is really like.

 Unlike most training facilities we have the space toregularly constructa full scale IMChouse either in Timber or Steel and the ability to demonstrate construction in concrete methods.

 The SmartLIFE centre is also home to a successful conference centre with a large conference hall, meeting rooms and 3 fully equipped classrooms all for hire
