Kent Master Class 16/17 March 2009
SmartLIFE Master Class
20 Students from schools within the Kent area, came to SmartLIFE to take part in a Young Apprentice course in March 2009, these students stayed with us for 2 days and took part in a range of activities including the construction of a timber frame house, a steel frame house and a concrete structure, with several going onto complete their CSCS card on the second day.
These students were a lively group of 15/16 year olds, who enthusiastically took up the challenge of working within teams to ensure the construction process was completed.
